What’s PTO³ you ask? It’s not just paid time off. It’s not just unlimited paid time off. This is TOGGLE’s really, really paid time off.
Earlier this month we implemented a vacation bonus on top of our unlimited PTO policy, where employees and full-time contractors are given the choice of $2,000 in cash, or $10,000 in stock options when they take at least two weeks of time away from work.
